WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?
All orders over €30 are shipped FREE in Italy. For international deliveries, costs vary depending on the destination.
WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY TIMES?
We are proud to offer free worldwide shipping. Delivery times vary from 5 to 10 working days. On average, you will receive your package within 5 to 14 days. Here are the estimated delivery times from the moment the order is placed: Order processing and preparation: 1 to 3 working days Shipping: 1 to 2 days Delivery: 5 to 10 working days
HOW CAN I TRACK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
Once your order is placed, it will be sent as soon as possible to one of our shipping centers, from where it will be dispatched. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as the package has been shipped. You can track the status of your order on our website in the "Track My Order" section, using the tracking number received by email (please also check your spam folder).
HOW CAN I PLACE AN ORDER?
Simply choose the desired products and click on the "ADD TO CART" button. Repeat the operation for each product, then go to the cart and follow the instructions to finalize your purchase. We will prepare your order and send you a confirmation email.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept payments by credit card, Paypal, Visa, and Mastercard. We do not accept checks or bank transfers.
IS THE PAYMENT SECURE?
Our store is fully secured, and we use an SSL encryption system to protect your personal and confidential information. Payments are processed via the secure systems of Stripe.
I HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY ORDER YET. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Have you received the shipping confirmation? If the order was shipped more than 5 weeks ago, please contact us with your order number. We will launch an investigation and respond to you within 48 hours.
I ORDERED SEVERAL ITEMS, BUT I ONLY RECEIVED A PARTIAL SHIPMENT. IS THIS NORMAL?
Yes, this is completely normal. To minimize waiting times, we ship each item individually as soon as it is ready for dispatch. The other items in your order will reach you in the following days.
I RECEIVED A DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE ITEM. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
We apologize for the inconvenience. Please contact us, explain the problem, and send us a photo as proof. We will do our best to resolve the situation.
I AM NOT SATISFIED WITH MY ORDER. CAN I GET A REFUND?
You have 30 days from the date of receipt of your order to return a product if you are not completely satisfied. You will need to print and email us the cancellation form, and then return the items to the address provided (you will receive a return number before shipping). Returns must be made exclusively by post, and you will be informed of the return shipping costs by email. Once the product is received, we will refund the full amount.
